Current homework is all about extending tables knowledge and increasing speed of computation.
These tables not only include times tables up to and including 12x, but also include a set of equivalence tables.
Please ensure your child is spending time on coming to grips with these by having a family member doing some "home" monitoring and testing. A recent test showed a number of the class achieving good success whereas others need to make a lot of effort to improve knowledge to an acceptable class standard.
The catch cry for 2012 is KEEP UP or CATCH UP!
